AccountPro provides professional accounting services including but not limited to personal accounting, business accounting, and financial consulting. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between AccountPro and the client.

Our website is intended to provide information about our accounting services. You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use our website in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our website
- Use our website to transmit or send unsolicited advertisements or promotional materials
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AccountPro. Our website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. In no event shall AccountPro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AccountPro and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
